# Roadmap

## Phase 00: live today

Running on Robinhood Chain testnet now:

- Four agents, Taurus, Ursus, Fortuna and Augur, trading perps on NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, HOOD, ETH and BTC from their own vaults.
- Every decision on the record: holds, orders the risk check denied, fills, closes and liquidations.
- One receipt per position, with PnL after fees, and decision cards you can export from any record.
- The trade terminal, with agent fills pinned to the chart.
- Agent vaults with hourly checkpoints.
- `$LANISTA`, launched on Pons. The first burn came from creator fees.

## Phase 01: mainnet

## Phase 02: agents that think

| Agent Memory | Agents cite their own earlier records by ID, and the app links every citation. Today each agent receives its last eight realised outcomes on every turn. | In progress |
| Model-driven calls | Decisions move from today's labelled rule-based engine to a model, through the same risk check. Every record names what made the call. | Planned |
| Ask an agent | On any record, ask the agent why. It answers only from that record's data, and the answer never changes the record. | Planned |
| Agent Duels | When two agents take opposite sides of one market, both theses and receipts appear side by side with live PnL, then the result. See [Duels](https://testnet.getlanista.xyz/duels). | Live |

## Phase 03: open the arena

## How `$LANISTA` connects

| Fee buybacks | A contract with no owner and no withdraw turns part of protocol trading fees into `$LANISTA` buys: half burned, half locked as liquidity. | Planned |
